I hate shopping for gifts usually, so when I need something nice I go to made in Chico and ask for assistance. Last time I was in, I told Aimee my budget and who the gift was for. She quickly narrowed down my choices and I left within 15 with a great gift.

Best Customer Service in TOWN! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Patty helped me find the most beautiful glass art ! The store carries quality, locally made products. This includes food, soaps, candles, tee shirts, shot glasses, kanteens, jewelry and so on.. Take a few laps around the store its a beautiful display!!

My favorite local shop! Filled with all local chico products from jewelry to hot sauces, to signs, to even books! I always come here for Secret Santa gifts around Christmas time. A must visit if you call yourself a Chicoan

Really awesome staff. I came in looking completely lost trying to find gifts to bring back to my girlfriend in Reno. They quickly took pity upon me and got me on the right track. Pretty much a one stop shop for Chico goods. Very creative. Thanks guys!

In a country of dying customer service, Made in Chico proves that friendly, caring, and genuine service industry workers still exist. I always come here for upcoming birthdays and other events and I am never let down. There is always a balance of new items from new artists and a solid collection of Chico staples. Not only are the items local and quality, but you can ask for your purchase to be gift wrapped free of charge. Next time you have anything to buy for an event, or even a gift for yourself, consider taking the time to go downtown and SHOP LOCAL. This store is amazing and deserves support.
